SUMMIT PRIZE

in SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP

The Summit Prize in social entrepreneurship is awarded pupils and students for Well Executing of Piece of Work at high schools, Bachelor and Master grade students at academic institutions in Norway and Norwegian students abroad when special emphasis on social entrepreneurship has been added to the study and presentation.

The intentions of the Summit Prize are to contribute to motivate pupils and students, their teachers, professors and supervisors and the academy as a whole to engage in the topic and to contribute to expanded knowledge and scientific research based on relevant scientific and practical hypotheses.

The Summit Prize also intends to promote understanding of innovation as a function for societal change and thereby to help inspire a continuous growing number of social entrepreneurs, researchers, and students with great interest for the topic.

Participation by application. Participation is free.

 

 

Method:    The piece of work shall be carried out based on scientific method and be approved within the curriculum and education the pupil/students follow.
Content: The essay or thesis shall focus on social entrepreneurship and contribute to expand the understanding of innovation as a function for societal change. 
Presentation: Stipend candidates are invited to present their projects/processes at a Summit. 
Participants:  Pupils attending high schools, students at academic institutions in Norway and Norwegian students abroad. 
Place: Oslo and international.
Prize: Diploma and cup.
