Welcome Kateryna Apanasenko Associate Professor at the Department of civil, economic law and process at Chernihiv National University of Technology (CNUT). Impermanent participant of Ukraine-Norway project (Social adaptation and retraining of former military personnel and their families). 

Areas of scientific interest are economic law, state regulation of economic activity. Investigator of legal relations in the field of permissive system (future doctor's thesis on “Permissive relations in a sphere of economic activity”).
She is the author of the monograph “Communal property: economic legal dimension” (2010), Scientific and practical commentary of Ukrainian Law “On permissive system in a sphere of economic activity” (2012), more than 60 scientific articles. Took part in the defenses of candidate dissertations as an official opponent.
Graduated from Social Entrepreneur School IBS (Innovation, Business and Society, and holds the title Social Entrepreneur IBS.
