Magdy M. Al Sharif, PhD, Strategic Economist. Dr. Magdy Al Sharif is the Chairman of Center For Strategic & Economic Studies, Arab Weekly News Paper, and Arab Association for Supporting Exports of SMEs.
Dr. Al Sharif has served more than 20 years as an Economic Researcher and GENERAL MANAGER of International Marketing Research and Economic Studies at the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Industry in Egypt. Dr. Al Sharif background includes 18 years of private sector as Economic and Business Development Senior Advisor to a wide range of Business Associations and Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Egypt and Saudi Arabia. He was listed as Independent Expert Arbitrator for PSI in ICC and WTO.
Dr. Al Sharif assisted via lecturing, coaching, planning, and evaluating various Governmental Institutions, Organizations, Corporations and businesses in the Structure of Joint Ventures, effective trade promotion policies, Export & Import and Developing SMEs in many Countries.
Dr. Al Sharif was born and raised in Egypt and educated in Egypt and the United States. He studied Economics, International Trade and holds Ph.D. on Business Administration.
