He is a second year student of the educational scientific institute of economics in the specialty finance banking and insurance of Chernihiv National Technological University, Chernihiv, Ukraine. His areas of scientific interests are functioning of the budget system of Ukraine, social entrepreneurship, economic component of VIP-tourism in Ukraine. In 2019 he was graduated from The Social Entrepreneur School IBS (Innovation, Business and Society), Fil Dr. Jan-U. Sandal Institute. Zelensyi Vladislav is working on a research project "the role of social entrepreneurship in regional development".
