Welcome Taisiia Martynova from Polissia National University, Ukraine.
Taisiia Martynova is a bachelor student at Polissia National University, Ukraine. She has been granted a scholarship ES-01-A to attend the 2024 Sandal Institute Summer School (SISS) at Fil. Dr. Jan-U. Sandal Institute in Norway. The Internship takes place at the Institute’s venue from July 15 to July 23, 2024. The exchange is organized according to Articles 2 and 3 in Cooperation Agreement between Polissia national University, Ukraine and Fil. Dr. Jan-U. Sandal Institute.

Research Topic:
The relationship between team diversity (in terms of age, gender, cultural background, experience, etc.) and its innovative potential.

The overall objective of the project is to empirically investigate how team diversity impacts innovation capabilities in different companies, providing insights into the mechanisms through which diverse teams contribute to creative problem-solving and innovative outcomes. This research aims to identify the specific attributes of team diversity that enhance innovation, understand the conditions under which diversity is most beneficial, and develop practical recommendations for organizations seeking to leverage diversity for improved innovation performance.
