Iryna L. Lytvynchuk, Dr.Sc. Professor, Head of the Centre for Intellectual Property, Innovations and Project Management at Polissia National University, Ukraine. Expert on the Marie Skłodowska-Curie actions at Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. Expert at the National Agency for Qualifications of Ukraine. Member of the Council for Investment Attraction at the Zhytomyr Regional State Administration. Member of Ukrainian Educational Research Association. Expert at The Ukrainian Cultural foundation.
The exchange visit is organized within the Four-Year Apex Full Scientific Program of Fil. Dr. Jan-U. Sandal Institute. The Internship period is October 21 to October 30, 2022.

Topic: Local Heritage Management: policy, practices and innovations.
The overall objective of the project is a crucial contribution to recognizing the level of knowledge and awareness of heritage values and its impact in social and economic development of the localities. The main focuses of the research activities will be devoted to the investigation of the interdisciplinary toolkit that covers expertise issues on project management, economic development, local strategies designing and implementing, creative and regional products, participation in decision-making, education & promotion, law, spatial planning, IT technologies etc. for building local heritage management strategy and presenting local cultural heritage brand to the public.
