First of all, I would like to extend my sincere thanks on behalf of the participants to Southwestern State College for bringing Scientist Prof Dr Sandal all the way from Norway to conduct this course in Kathmandu, Nepal.

Special thanks to Prof Sandal for his hard work, encouraging mentoring and his valuable teaching time in Nepal. I hope all our participating colleagues have learnt a lot to be more innovative and think out of the box in whatever professions they are engaged with.

  The course is very useful:

  
  It is comprehensive, and practical in today's context.
• Technically it is very tough but participants must have learnt how to think in an innovative way to be more productive human element in the society after taking part at the Social Entrepreneur School IBS course.
• It is professionally designed
• It is very useful for all strata of people

It is useful even to the Prime Minister of Nepal to be dynamic and run the country as time passes by. If the Prime Minister wants to be static, people will suffer.

Therefore, Prime minister should be dynamic always being more innovative for the wellbeing of people. Actually this course is very useful to the people's representatives as well. We need to think about it and explore this potential. Not only that Chairman or Principal of SWSC also needs to think innovatively for better career of students who are studying here. If the management of SWSC wants to improve the quality of education, it can adopt innovative way of designing the course, move for teaching practical skills as per the demands of the global labour market by creating global citizens. We need to think for supporting national economy with the creation of social entrepreneurs to be sustainable. Otherwise, we will continue exporting unskilled labour which is prevalent now that is static.

Future potential scope for students after the course

• Refresher course can be conducted for the existing students in Southwestern College or Norway
• Golden opportunity to study in Norway after this graduation completion as stated by Prof Dr Sandal
• Regular classes likely in SWSC jointly with other colleges/ bringing experts from Norway with the help of Prof Sandal
• Exposure visits possible the first batch of students of Nepal in Norway at Fil Dr Jan-U, Sandal Institute.

 

Again a lot of thanks to Prof Dr Sandal, scientist of the 21st century safe flight back home.

Thanks a lot to SWSC for hosting this very important course in Nepal. Special thanks to our colleagues who really, in my opinion, enjoyed the course for their professional advancement.

Please think Prof Sandal's philosophy of innovative management before starting work at office every morning. Last but not the least I would like to thank MS Sarita Shakya Pradhan, Coordinator of International Relations Department at SWSC for her concentration/dedication of time to make the event successful. Similarly, thanks also go to Mr Hari Singh, Vice Principal of the college for his regular back up on behalf of the management.
